Dear Chris,
Thanks for opening our link! We’re Screen Sanity and we’re asking for your help to help kids use technology in healthy way. This is a big deal as you know….

We are a not-for-profit organisation starting the digital health movement. Screen Sanity offers tips, tools and training designed to help families maximise the benefits of technology while minimising the harmful side-effects

SO KIDS GROW UP CAPTIVATED
BY LIFE, NOT SCREENS.

WE’D LOVE YOUR HELP!

Screen Sanity is already a huge success in the United States. It utilized in schools, churches, through paediatricians and social workers… everyone from corporates to coaches . The Australian organisation is gaining traction, but we want a big push to bring this important issue into public consciousness.
Your help would be just the boost we need to make a real difference.

WHAT WE’RE
ASKING...

We would love to collaborate in any way that would suit you but, we do have one particular idea in mind that we think would be a tonne of fun and would serve as a shareable piece of content that is sure to capture the attention of Australia.

The premise is ‘Then & Now”. It’s harder to be a parent than ever before, because it’s harder to be a young person than ever before. The way kids deal with emotional experiences and connect with others is very different from that way parent’s did at their age. To help this be appreciated we’d like to create a short video starring your adult self reprising the role of your teenage self growing up in the early nineties. This experience would be contrasted against a teenager growing up in today’s digital world.

As it happens, we’re friends with a wonderful group of screenwriters and production companies who are keen to come onboard and create something that’s as funny and watchable as it is informative.
